What the Women's Leadership Institute Is

The Women’s Leadership Institute (WLI) is a multi-faceted leadership development program for small, medium and large businesses that want to provide skill development for their female workforce.

The WLI provides women in business with the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to become capable and powerful leaders, an important economic resource for Lowcountry employers.

Why the C4W Started the WLI

Today business, government, and communities face a multitude of critical issues and need a pool of women leaders and decision-makers who can drill deeply into and resolve pertinent issues.

The WLI fills a much needed gap left between formal secondary education and training companies that occasionally travel into the area.

WLI Services

Presently the WLI offers:

• Half and full-day workshops
• 2-3 hour workshops
• Keynote speaking
• Elearning

To maximize convenience, our workshops are delivered at your place of business (or another designated location).

Content is customized to the needs of each business and is created by experienced educators and trainers. Programs are available for female employees from entry level to executive.
