Special Event
The Wedding Machine Lecture, Book Signing & Reception

“Carrying One Another's Burdens” - A lecture about enduring female friendships.

Join author, Beth Webb Hart for a lecture, reading and discussion about the power of friendship as she presents the portrait from her new novel, THE WEDDING MACHINE, of four flawed yet lovable middle-aged women who know what it means to lean on one another over the course of a life-time.  The four female characters in her story are deeply committed to one another and this means that they don't mind their own business nor do they shy away from correcting, arguing and even scrapping with one another from time to time.

The "realness" of their deeply committed friendships as well as their individual hardships will resonate with women in all seasons of life who look to one another for support, encouragement and a good laugh when the tension builds.

Talk will begin at 6:30 p.m. Copies of all of Beth’s books will be available for sale by Barnes and Noble including Adelaide Piper and Grace at Low Tide. Only books purchased at this event will be signed by the author.

You Can Do It Series
Health, Wealth, Passion, and the Guts to Go For It!
with April Goyer, President, Avancez.

April will discuss the power that you have to significantly improve your life regardless of age or circumstances. You will learn three life enhancements that you can adopt, anyone of which will skyrocket you to levels you can only begin to imagine:

• Get healthy, really healthy; the kind that fuels your fire and enables you to accomplish anything. You will design your own wellness plan based on the four basic elements needed for a successful weight management program.

• Have the guts to change because nothing new happens without being willing to venture into the unknown. You will create a blueprint for your personal power by unearthing your core values.

• You create your own destiny; No one else, only you. You will clear the path to making your goals and dreams a reality by mastering two vital skills; taming your self-sabotaging inner gremlins and scripting your future.
