Empowerment Group

Postpartum Depression

The group is designed to assist women with identifying the common symptoms of postpartum depression and distinguishing between postpartum depression vs. the “baby blues”.  Women are encouraged to share stories of the pre/post partum experience and the common lifestyle changes that make the transition to motherhood a challenging one for so many new parents. Facilitated by Risa A. Mason-Cohen, Psy.D.
